If • • • • positive changes: who or what has been the main cause? Journalists have been steadfast. Journalist made an effort to be professional. The training of media practitioners has improved. Some Members of parliament have advocated for media freedom. • Consumers have rerouted to the media on many occasions, especially as it has been realised that Media persons are more committed to helping in social battles. • There has been the contribution of international organisations and diplomatic commissions. 3. What are the main obstacles for further positive changes? • Absence of adequate training facilities. • Paucity of resources. • Lack of political will.
