(b) in the case of a juristic person —
i)

the subscriber’s assigned cellular or
telephone numbers,

ii)

the names of the juristic person in full,

iii)

the subscriber’s physical address (plots
number or wards),

iv)

the subscriber’s postal address,

v)

a copy of the subscriber’s certificate of
incorporation,

vi)

a copy of the subscriber’s certificate of
registration, and

vii)

where a juristic person distributes
cellular or telephone numbers to natural
persons, the juristic person shall further
provide the registration information for
the natural person as required herein.

(2) Where there is a change in any of the details provided by a
subscriber under subregulation (1), the subscriber shall inform the
licensee of the change within seven days of the change taking
place and the licensee shall alter the relevant registration
particulars of the subscriber.
