(4) The Authority may request for further particulars or
information in relation to an application, and where it does so, the
period referred to in subsection (2) shall commence from the date
of the submission of the additional information.
Licence

30. (1) The Authority shall issue a licence if the application
meets the requirements of this Act.
A licence under this section, other than a temporary licence
under subsection (3), authorises the licensee to establish and operate
one or more radio stations at such places as may be specified in
the licence, and to provide a radiocommunication service by means
of the station or stations in accordance with the provisions of this
Act and the conditions of the licence.
The Authority may, with or without charge, issue a temporary
licence authorising a person to be in possession of, and to operate,
a radio station in accordance with this Act for a limited period and
on such other conditions as are attached to the licence.
(4) The Authority may issue a declaration, known as a class
assignment, granting a class of persons, subject to certain conditions,
the right to use frequency bands or numbers.

Conditions
of I icence

31. (1) A licence shall be subject to such conditions as the
Authority may specify in the licence and to such other conditions
as the Minister may, on the advice of the Authority, prescribe by
statutory instrument.
(2) Without limiting the generality of subsection ( I ), the
conditions of a licence may—
specify the site or sites at which any radio station or
radio stations to be operated under the licence are to
be located and regulate the manner of their installation;
specify the kind and class of radio station authorised and
regulate the type and standard of radio station apparatus
to be used in the radio station;
specify the frequency at which transmissions from any
radio station are to be made and the mode of effecting
the transmissions;
require the payment to the Authority of annual or other
periodic licence fees;
(e) require the licensee or any other person concerned in
providing any service authorised by the licence to furnish
to the Authority such documents, accounts, returns,
