conduct investigative stories.
The media cover most subjects and perspectives, and importantly, specialised
newspapers also exist in Côte d’Ivoire. Zaouli, the magazine of culture experts is
the most well-known specialised paper; and the website of the Conseil National
de la Presse highlights other newspapers such as Life, Top Sante Afrique, Le Foot,
and others. One panellist felt that the bi-weekly L’Elephant déchainé could be
considered as an investigative periodical. Apart from this publication, the panel
believes that there are only a few investigative journals in Côte d’Ivoire.
