The review in this report shows that there has been no significant development in comparison to the previous quarter in most of the key thematic areas. Overall, the third quarter continued on a more positive outlook than the second quarter given certain improvements and progressive pronouncements of the new dawn administration lead by the UPND which had been the main opposition for years. Suffice to say, a number of isolated negative developments were recorded. 5
