The Directorate was selected to be part of the research because it performed very poorly in the previous research. In this year’s research, the Directorate has improved tremendously from scoring 0 in the website analysis category last year to scoring 13 in the current one. The site has the following sections: About Us; Roads; Maritime; Railways; Civil Aviation; Projects; Downloads and Directorate. Every department of the Ministry has its contact address listed and the web contains up-to-date information.
