The Researcher had the chance to ask more questions, and was welcomed to their office for more information. Three of the eight institutions did not respond to the questions sent to them or acknowledge receipt. These included the Judiciary of Tanzania, Ministry of Tourism and Natural Resources, as well as the Ministry of East Africa Corporation. The emails sent to two institutions, the Judiciary of Tanzania and Ministry of Lands, Housing and Human Settlement Development, permanently failed, meaning that the displayed email addresses were not accessible. 75
