66 Communications No. 34 (f) becomes, by reason of mental or physical infirmity, incapable of performing his duties as a member; (g) is found guilty of conduct that brings the Corporation into disrepute; or (h) is disqualified under section 140 (5). honoraria of members of the Board of the Malawi Posts Corporation Meetings of the Board of the Malawi Posts Corporation (3) A vacancy on the Board of the Malawi Posts Corporation shall be filled by the appointment of another member in the same manner as provided in section 140, and the member so appointed shall hold office for the unexpired period of his predecessor's term of office, but the vacancy may not be filled if the unexpired period is less than six months. 142. (2) The Chairperson of the Board of Malawi Posts Corporation shall convene meetings of the Board by giving the members at least seven days' written notice, unless the Chairperson notifies the members in writing that the urgency of the matter to be discussed requires a shorter period of notice. (3) The quorum for any meeting of the Board of the Malawi Posts Corporation shall be two thirds of all the members of the Corporation. (4) The Chairperson of the Board of the Malawi Posts Corporation shall preside at any meeting of the Board, and in his absence, the members present shall elect one of the members to preside at the meeting. (5) A decision of the Board of the Malawi Posts Corporation at any meeting shall be that of half of the members present at the meeting, and in the event of an equality of votes, the person presiding shall have a casting vote in addition to his deliberative vote. (6) Subject to this Act, the Board of the Corporation shall have the power to determine its own rules of procedure.
