LIMITATIONS An important limitation of the study to note is that it was conducted online, and thus reflects the views of respondents who have at least a basic level of computer and online literacy and knowledge. For future studies, MISA may choose to employ a more diverse methodology to better understand the views and understanding of a broader range of media workers and citizens in relations to the use of ICTs in the media landscape and online security, safety and freedom of expression more generally. 11
