a diversity of media outlets.
The DRC has no structured advertising market, even less so advertising
departements working at press level. The only sectors, with running advertising
accounts are brewery and phone companies. Unfortunately, they are only
interested in television where they can impose their rates and television promoters,
for lack of alternatives, oblige.
