SECTOR 4 - Strengthen the capacities of journalists as regards writing techniques (particularly training courses on reporting techniques) as well as the management capacities of media outlet directors. - Encourage meetings and exchanges between journalists and members of civil society with a view to building bridges and promoting relations between citizens and the media. - Conduct comparative studies on the Algerian media landscape and its practices on the one hand and that of certain countries in the African continent on the other hand.
