groups due to basic differences of opinion.
There are institutions and universities that teach journalism in Côte d’Ivoire. The
Institute of Sciences and Technology for Information and Communication (ISTIC)
specialises in journalism and communication training. The daily Fraternité Matin
created a training service in 2012. There is also a fund supporting professional
training that allows the workers (including journalists) of the businesses that
contribute to it, to train.
Against the background provided above, it can be concluded that journalism and
freedom of expression have good days ahead.
