2.11 The advertisement market is large enough to
support a diversity of media outlets.
The advertising market is quite small. Apart from public companies, there are only
about ten large private companies (cell phone companies, breweries, banks and
importers...) and this does not guarantee the viability of media outlets. A law on
advertisements is currently being drafted and should result in the setting up of a
regulatory mechanism of the advertising market.
