to declare they are journalists.

Analysis:
Both the country’s Constitution and the Media Law (Press Law), specifically in their Article 30, recognise the professional secrecy of the
journalists. However this is a matter of concern because the judicial
magistrates show lack of knowledge of the legislation in relation to
this issue, particularly the Media Law (Press Law).
