He went on to mention how government has promised to support creative tech hubs from part of the proceeds of the Universal Services Fund, he also gave examples of how private sector players such as CBZ were funding creative spaces. Sean made a few suggestions that would promote the creative hub scene in Zimbabwe, these suggestions include: Turning currently idle Community Youth Centres into hubs as a way of improving the community and youth. The creation of Special Economic Zones, after the Start-up Chile Program. Under this initiative, the Chilean Government invited applicants of any nationality to come and base their startup in Chile in exchange for some money. Lastly, Sean suggested the need for strong mentorship initiatives for upcoming entrepreneurs.
