Ministry of Local Government and Rural Development Category 1: Website analysis y The online presence of public organisations has improved. y Eight of the public organisations surveyed have functional websites, most of which contain upto-date information. y Public organisations are opening up to queries and feedback, and their online platforms provide electronic mechanisms for this. y All organisations seem to recognise the importance of having a presence on social media platforms. y Public organisations are not open to sharing information online about their budget, expenditure, issues of procurement and signed contracts. 10.
