The websites of public companies have a significantly more professional feel. y Of the five government ministries surveyed, only one has the full contact details of the minister, principal secretary and undersecretary. y The majority of websites have links to social media accounts (such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Youtube). y The majority of websites surveyed do not contain budget or other financial information. Category 2: Requests for information y Of the 10 surveyed public organisations, only three did not respond to the requests for information.
