2.3 Efforts are undertaken to increase the scope of circulation of the print media, particularly to rural communities.
The panel is of the unanimous position that no real efforts are undertaken to
increase the print media’s presence in rural Ivorian communities. The State grants
no subsidy for distribution. Nonetheless, a panellist revealed that discussions with
the postal services were underway and that these could lead to an improvement
of the print media’s distribution services.
