The powers, rights and privileges of the Tribunal shall be
the same as those conferred upon commissioners by the Inquiries
Act, and the provisions of that Act shall apply in relation to the
hearing and determination of an appeal by the Tribunal under this
section and to a person summoned to give evidence before the
Tribunal.

The Minister shall, on the determination of an appeal,
refund to the appellant the sum deposited by the appellant under
subsection (2) less the amount of the costs, if any, payable by
the appellant under subsection (5).
If an appeal is dismissed, the Tribunal may order the
appellant to pay to the Authority the costs incurred by the Authority
in connection with the appeal.
If an appeal is allowed, the Tribunal may order the
Authority to pay to the appellant the costs incurred by the appellant
in connection with the appeal.
(7) The Tribunal shall, within fourteen days of determining an
appeal, inform the appellant and the Authority in writing of its
decision and the reasons therefor.
75. (1) The provisions of this section shall apply—
where there is a dispute between licensees as to the
implementation, interpretation or performance of their
obligations under this Act or any agreement between
the licensees; and
subject to any terms agreed to by the licensees in the
relevant agreement.
The licensees shall attempt in good faith to resolve their
disputes in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions that
are provided for in the respective agreements.
Where the licensees are unable to resolve any dispute in
accordance with subsection (2), they may agree to mediation,
arbitration, or seek relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
(4) Where the licensees are unable to resolve any dispute in
accordance with subsection (2) or are unable to agree on whether
to mediate, arbitrate or litigate in accordance with subsection (3),
they, or any one of them, may refer the dispute to the Authority for
determination.
