the provisioning and fault repair of services;
the advertising or representation of services;
consumer charging, billing, collection and credit practices;
and
any other matter relating to the provision of services under
this Act.
(4) The Authority may resolve any complaints from consumers
in relation to matters of service provision and consumer protection
including the quality of service or the failure by a licensee to comply
with consumer protection guidelines issued by the Authority under
this Act.
Code of
Conduct for
licensees

69. (1) The Authority shall prepare a code of conduct for
licensees and persons exempt from holding licenses under this
Act.
(2) The code of conduct referred to under subsection (1) shall
include the following:
the provision of information to consumers
regarding services, rates and performance;
the provisioning and fault repair of services;
the advertising or representation of services;
the provision of, and access to, network
services by persons with disabilities;
(e) consumer charging, billing, collection and credit
practices; and

0 any other matter relating to the provision of
services under this Act.
(3) The Authority shall publish the code of conduct in a daily
newspaper of general circulation in Zambia for public information.
(4) The code of conduct referred to in this section shall be
effective from the date of its publication under subsection (3).
