CHRGG, chaired by the eminent retired
Justice, Judge Amir Manento, has found
that the Chadema gathering was not illegal and that in deeming it illegal, the
Regional Police Commander (RPC), Assistant Commissioner of Police, Michael
Kamuhanda himself acted illegally.
